Our homemaker services help your loved ones keep up with household tasks.

Sometimes our loved ones are physically or mentally limited in their self-mobility, and find it difficult to accomplish simple household tasks. Knee or hip replacements, arthritis, cardiac disease, wheelchair confinement, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, anxiety, depression or other limitations prohibit them from maintaining full care of their home. A simple chore such as dusting a lamp or washing dishes can often lead to discomfort, while cooking, pet maintenance, washing of clothes and other extensive tasks are more often than not an impossibility.

In order to aid you or your loved ones, Assisting Seniors at Home provides Homemaker Services for the elderly or any individual suffering from mobility issues. We offer a type of support that, in addition to companionship, provides help with general household duties, and maintains as well as improves a healthy environment in which to live… We believe that by having living quarters that are well-kept and meet expectations of cleanliness, not only does this help in improving the physical health of the individuals in question, but in their mental health, too.

Another benefit of utilizing Homemaker Services is that those with either full or partial immobilization are able to remain in their home. If a loved one is no longer able to maintain their household, or cannot find the proper help in doing so, the residence will generally fall into disarray, requiring more extensive care and repair beyond simple homemaking means… More often than not, the homeowner must then move into an assisted living facility.

In order to help prevent such circumstances from occurring, Assisting Seniors at Home can provide the following means of assistance, in addition to other duties, as a part of our Homemaker Services:
